[Title… still thinking]
Admiral – Knock on Wood?
Standing in the middle of the dock, the boat looked huge. I squirmed a little, feeling uncomfortable. Suddenly, the feeling of soft, warm fur pressed against my right leg. I looked down at my side, seeing a small bunny, white with back spots at her hips and a giant blue bow on her back. Other then my leg, she grasped a fluffy stuffed bunny who's name was Usagi, formally known as Usa-chan. The plushie's name means bunny in Japanese. However, the real bunny's name was Blossom, my sister, who is 6. My name is Admiral; I am an arctic wolf with a passion for fun, like my little sister. My body fur is white, while my chest fur is black. Through out my chest fur, white lightning bolts are visible. A whap against the dock made a giant black panther visible to everyone's ears. The cats name is Hero; he travels with us making sure we are safe. He turned his head to look at me, noticing that I was looking at him. He folded down his ears and made a low rumbling sound, as if it was a question. I knew what he was asking, but I pretended I couldn't understand. It was obvious that I was tense, and he wanted to know why. I turned my head away, avoiding eye contact. I heard him give another hurr, politely asking what was wrong once again. To change the subject, I looked down at Blossom and popped her a question; "Hey, you wanna explore the dock stores before we go?" "Ya…" She answered, sounding a little bummed. As we walked along the dock, I tried to smile, looking around the place. Blossom, turned and waddled into a small store with a giant sign that said "BELOW THE SURFACE" plastered on the front. As we walked into the little wooden building, a bell rang. I looked around the room, which had an obvious lack of subtlety. The walls were cramped with anchors, shells, coral, parts of sunken ships, and a whole lot of other stuff that were supposedly found in the ocean. Blossom, being the optimistic she was, quickly shaped a giant smile on her face. She started yammering happily as usual. "Puff puff," she called me, "lookit dish ovah hewe!" she yelled to be as she pointed at a giant anchor. "I wan it, I wan it!" She exclaimed, jumping up and down" I gave a soft smile to her and gave her a response, "Blossy, we can't bring that on the boat. Plus, you'll never use it! We don't even own a boat!" "Okway…" she said reluctantly. Two seconds later, she was hopping around the room, happily exclaiming the same thing over and over again; "I want dis! Can we get it??" I smiles softly, knowing I needn't answer, by the cause that she changed her mind every 5 seconds. Ignoring the immense chattering vocalizing from Blossom's mouth, I took and slow glance around the room. As I glanced around, I could see that Hero was trying hard to enjoy himself. I sighed, finding it hard to even try. "HELLO, AND WELCOME!" I heard a crackly old voice exclaim. I lifted my head, retrieving my so-called 'fake' happiness. Rolling my eyes away from the floor, I fixed my vision on a grey female wolf. She wore a black eye patch with a giant white X marked onto it. It was clear that she was a NM, or Non Member, the lower class of society. They are forbidden to wear certain clothing's, do activities, and pose as different animals, such as an arctic wolf, which I was. She seemed quite happy to have costumers, in a very weird way… for example, she had a very large smile plastered upon her face, in a very evil looking way. As I looked at her up and down, I noticed some other key features that would make the average CM, or Club Member, scowl. Not only was her fur messy, but dirty. This was something immediately noticeable to me as CM's are always clean and neat (unless their rolling in mud). Her eyes were a dark, evil yellow, matching the color of her sharp teeth. Before I could point out more grueling things about her, she yelled to me in a voice most disturbing. "Well there, aren't you a pretty wolfy!" she said, emphasizing the word pretty. I folded my ears back, trying to not look disgusted. "Thank you ma'am." I responded politely. She could tell I didn't seem too comfortable to the way she was acting, so she quickly changed her act in a most obvious way. "Oh, dear sir, you are most but the handsomest of wolfs!" she exclaimed, in a dramatic way, completing it with closed eyes and a paw over her forehead. She opened one eye, to see my reaction. I stared at her oddly, showing that I was obviously creeped out. She dropped her paws to the ground, dropping the act with them. She looked at me, annoyed that I wasn't flattered. "Well you obviously aren't good enough for a wolf like me!" She said with a huff, pointing her snout to the ceiling. I was shocked. This had never happened to me before. Sure, girls were always giving their love faces at me, but that’s what happens when you’re a good looking boy CM… just so you know, this is totally a fan girl writing this… totally. Anyway, I felt violated, especially since I just met her, not to mention walked into her store. But I can't expect much from a NM like her. From my experience, all the NM girls throw themselves at you, desperate for a boyfriend. Whenever I saw a NM girl I knew she was a desperate piece of fake love, just wanting the pride to say they have a boyfriend. This is an addition to add to the fact that once I set foot on that giant wooden boat, my life would change juristically.
